RETURNS POLICY

We offer full refunds on all full price styles, including those made with our welcome code. All purchases made with Afterpay are exchange or store credit.

Purchases made with event based promotional codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Final sale items can be exchanged for size where style availability allows.


Return shipping is complimentary on full price exchanges and store credits. A $15 prepaid returns label applies to full price refunds and all sale returns.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Please take care when trying on purchases to avoid deodorant marks, makeup, fake tan, or perfume. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to you.

Refunds will be processed to the same card used for the original purchase. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days for processing, and you will receive an email notification once your return has been received and your refund has been processed.

If your item is returned outside of the specified time frame or does not meet our return conditions, we may issue store credit or return the item to you, depending on the circumstances.

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit. Return shipping and exchanges on sale items is not complimentary and will be deducted from your store credit.

Final sale items are offered at our best possible price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. Where stock allows, a direct size exchange may be possible. If your size is unavailable, the item cannot be returned. Return shipping is not complimentary.

All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them.

Shoes with marked soles that cannot be restored will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense. Pfeiffer will only accept returns for items that have not been worn and are still in their original shoe box.

The shoe box and any stuffing are considered part of the product and must be included when returning your order.

Footwear comes with a three-month warranty. If any issues arise within this period, please contact customer service at hello@pfeifferthelabel.com, and we will assist you.

Please note that some of our footwear is crafted from a delicate mesh fabric. Avoid catching them on any surfaces, and be cautious with sharp pedicures or excessive pulling, as these can damage the mesh and leather. Returns will not be accepted if these conditions occur.

All earring purchases are final sale. For hygiene purposes, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless deemed faulty by our team.

Orders placed via Afterpay are eligible for store credit or exchange. Afterpay charges a non refundable commission on every transaction, which means we're unable to process refunds on these orders.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed once received. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, minus any applicable return shipping. You'll receive an email once your return has been processed.

All garments go through quality control before dispatch. If you receive something that isn't in perfect condition, please contact hello@pfeifferthelabel.com with your order number and clear images of the issue and we'll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Items damaged through normal wear, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faulty.

If you place an order and the item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase, we will offer the price difference as store credit, provided the same size and color are still in stock. Simply contact customer service.

International return shipping is at your cost we recommend FedEx, DHL, or UPS for reliable delivery. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt.
