
RETURNS POLICY
- Returns must be lodged through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted unless lodged through our returns portal.
- Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Full price items is eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. This includes our first order offer NEWTOPFEIFFER. We offer an easy printable returns shipping label for $15. Exchanges on full priced purchases are complimentary.
- Sale items: Full-priced items purchased with a promotional code, such as Black Friday (excluding our welcome code), can be exchanged within 14 days but are not eligible for a refund. Products purchased online with a discount of 0-10% are eligible for a refund. Items purchased online with a discount of 11-29% are eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. Purchases made online with a discount of 30% or more off the RRP are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, unless faulty.
Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
- Final Sale items: "Final sale" refers to items that are discounted during special promotions or marked for clearance, offered at the best price possible. These items cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, except in the case of a manufacturing fault. However, subject to availability, items marked as final sale can be eligible for a direct size exchange. If your desired size is unavailable, the item cannot be returned.
If your return does not comply with these policys your item will be sent back to you at your cost.
