Domestic orders are shipped via Auspost. Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note, dispatch times for sale items may vary as they come from our Head Office.

• Standard delivery within Australia is free for orders over $150.
• Shipping for orders under $150 is $10
  

Standard delivery is 1-7 days from dispatch. Metro areas are generally within 1-3 days, WA and rural areas may take. up to 10 business days.

• Express shipping within Australia is $15.

Delivery is within 1-2 days from dispatch.

International delivery outside of Australia is free for orders over $150. Delivery is within 7-14 days from dispatch depending on your location.

• International delivery under $150 is $30. 

To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours.  Please also include a phone number in case the local courier in your country needs to contact you. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure that you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

If you receive a shipping notification on a Saturday or Sunday your item has been packed and not shipped. Couriers collect all shipments between Monday to Friday.

We offer same day delivery for customers located in the Sydney area, with delivery starting at $25. The option for same day delivery will appear at checkout with a delivery price based on your location. Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 11am AEDT each buisness day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped when the pre-order item delivers.
