Our team is excited to announce that the business has achieved carbon neutral accreditation. In consultation with Trace and Zilch Forwarding, we have made steps to offset the business’ carbon emissions. “The commitment to sustainable and ethical principles has always been a core element of the PFEIFFER brand. With this climate positive accreditation, we are more focused than ever on forging a path forward for the brand that balances our passion for creativity and fashion with a love, respect and care for the environment and the planet we inhabit.” Design Director and Co-Founder Virginie Pepin. “It feels like a particularly important time in the environmental conversation in Australia right now, and we are proud to continue to make progress in our own journey towards a more sustainable future for everyone. This World Environment Day, the theme is ‘Only One Earth’ which calls for collective, transformative action to celebrate, protect and restore our planet – which connects so naturally to what we do with PFEIFFER,” Creative Director and Co-Founder Angela Aspradakis. This accreditation is the latest in a series of business and design-driven moves by us to create a more sustainable future for the fashion industry, fuelled by the belief that it is the duty of the designer to create beautiful things with care and integrity. We are proudly designed and made in Australia – working with a network of local pattern makers, machinists and garment technicians to create our Bondi-based label’s signature, contemporary designs.
