Shipping + Returns

As our head office is based in Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia, we are in lockdown. As much as we really wish it didn't affect our day to day operations, it unfortunately does. Please check the information below for more.


We are working in our studio or from our home offices every day. As much as we really wish it didn't affect our day to day operations, it unfortunately does.

There are days where our couriers do not collect and there are days where our returns are sent direct to the Australia Post Bondi branch. We are trying our best to work around this.

If you do need your order urgently we always recommend selecting the express post option because we do prioritise these orders every morning.

Thank you for your support. Your order is designed, developed and made here in Australia and packed personally by us. We are looking forward to continuing to make beautiful products for you.

We want you to have your new purchase as soon as possible. At this time there are incredible demands on courier and postal networks which are unfortunately out of our control.  

Orders are sent within 24-36 hours Monday to Friday.

During sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for us to pick and pack your order.

If you receive a shipping notification on Saturday or Sunday it means we have packed your order however couriers only send Monday to Friday so your order will still only be processed by our couriers on business days. This includes express orders which are also collected during business hours.

Standard shipping within Australia is free. Delivery is within 1-7 days from dispatch. Metro areas are generally within 1-3 days, WA and rural areas can unfortunately take up to 10 days. 

Express shipping within Australia is $10. Delivery is within 1-2 business days.

Unfortunately our regular couriers do not ship to Parcel Lockers or PO Boxes. If you do wish to send to a PO Box or Parcel Locker, please choose the Express Post option.

For order under $400, shipping is $15 for New Zealand and $30 for most countries. Some territories are up to $50. You will see the charge at checkout before your final payment. 

International orders are delivered between 3-10 days depending on your location. 

To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours.  Please also include a phone number in case the local courier in your country needs to contact you. 

Over $400 shipping is complimentary.

Your order is sent via DHL, Fedex or UPS with full tracking and typically takes 5-14 business days for delivery between major cities (excludes Customs processing within your country).  

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure that you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

We use couriers where you can track your parcel at each step of the way. A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been hand collected by our courier network.

Delivery times may be impacted by customs clearance delays.

Shopping online can be tricky so we are here to help. Check the details shots and videos we include for every style in our product pages. We are also working on including measurements for each style in every size.

Refunds and exchanges in line with our policy is accepted across the store and online.

You can view the whole collection and meet us at our Bondi Studio Store.

Sale Styles

*Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange. This allows us to give you the final price and retain free shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

All items bought during PFEIFFER promotions or flash sales with a promotional code (excluding our welcome code) can be exchanged for another item or online store credit within 14 days but not refunded.

Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

-Items must be free from makeup, deodorant, tanning products and perfume, so please be mindful of this when trying them on

- Stock must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in original condition with swing tags attached 

- Please return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us if there are shipping delays or reasonable circumstances.

Sadly we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back to us. We recommend arranging a tracked courier for a safe and speedy return.

Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days processing time to ensure that your refund is credited.  You will be notified via email when your return package is received & the refund has been processed.

If your return is worn or damaged, we will return it back to the original shipping address.

If your item is returned outside of the delivery time frame we will issue a store credit or return the item back to you depending on the time frame.  

If you are living outside of Australia and need to make a return, please also follow the instructions above. We recommend sending your package with Fedex, DHL or UPS for reliable and fast delivery.
