Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay. These sales are final. If we are unable to exchange for another size or style, we are happy to offer a credit note for the value of your purchase for future use.
Your order is dispatched within 48 hours. Due to postal restrictions, weekends are an exception.
For Australian customers, shipping is complimentary on all orders with the exception of samples and are delivered between 2-5 business days. To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours. Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect.
For international customers, shipping is complimentary for orders over $250. All orders under $250 are charged with a $30 delivery fee.

If you are in Australia and your order is urgent please don’t hesitate to contact us via the contact form. We do offer an express delivery service for $15.
Your order is sent via DHL or Australia Post depending on your location (full tracking available) and typically takes 5-14 business days for delivery between major cities (excludes Customs processing within your country). If you require your items urgently please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A daytime delivery address must be provided since all parcels require a signature on delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and are unable to provide estimates of what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties very widely from country to country. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure that you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.
Note: We cannot accept returns on parcels where customers refuse to pay customs duties. If you refuse to accept delivery on your order due to duties payable, you will not receive a refund from Pfeiffer
We would hate to think that anything would happen to your delivery in transit however if this is the case please notify us via the contact form within 5 days of receiving the goods. Claims after this period will be rejected.
