Due to the COVID-19 situation, we have had to make the heart breaking decision to close our studio and store to our customers until further notice.
Our online store and customer service operation hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9am till 5pm. Your order will be sent out during those times and we will respond to you then also.
Thank you again for your support and your patience. We are trying to get through this as much as everyone else is but do not have a huge support team. Your order is packed personally by us and we are navigating keeping our business alive, our partners supported and our little men Arlo and Alexander happy too. We are stronger together but for now apart.

The past few weeks have been life changing.
You may not know it, but we are a self funded company. We haven’t had investors and keeping this dream alive while prioritising the hard working hands that bring Pfeiffer to life is something we have done from day one. It has never been harder than it is right now.
In the coming days and weeks your support to the small businesses that you love will have an enormous impact.
We know there is uncertainty for everyone right now so we are offering 30% off sitewide with the code ‘THANKU30’ to thank you for your support, it means the world to us. We are also offering Afterpay as usual and the code will be live for a week because a flash sale isn’t what feels right for us and we know you may need more time.
Our couriers remain operational and this is allowing us to keep our online store open. We have also just received new product from our Sydney makers that we know you will love now and for years to come. The way you dress and your daily routine can make those little differences in how you feel and your outlook for each day.

It's beyond sad that the spread of COVID-19 is increasing. For the safety of our staff, our customers and community, we have decided to close our Bondi Studio Store until further notice. We are still fully operational and available on the corona immune internet. Orders will continue to ship and every order helps keep the brand we have nurtured for 5 years alive. It helps us to pay our couriers, craftsmen, our cutters, machinists, fabric merchants and pattern makers.It helps us continue to enrich your lives and memories in beautiful, memorable fashion.
Please be aware that our studio is operating with only one person packing orders which may cause some delay in shipping and processing returns.
Our thoughts and well wishes are with our our community, the medical industry, the people keeping transport, freight and our grocery stores open for us and the elderly and immune compromised.

Our connection with our community is the heartbeat of Pfeiffer. Meeting you was the reason we opened our studio store in Bondi. As the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) is having an increased impact on our daily lives and movement choices, it is an uncertain time and we remain optimistic and hopeful.
We are in the fortunate position where our team is small and we can be nimble. Our decision to make locally has also been a positive. Our Bondi studio is still open and we are also ready to welcome you via our online store.
We wanted to share the steps we are taking to keep you and our team safe and healthy.
-Our store is supplied with appropriate cleaning tools
-We have increased the cleaning of our store and studio
-We are taking precautionary measures that have been recommended such as frequent hand washing, staying home where we can and pausing work travel.
Take care of yourself, your loved ones and your community.
Listen, get educated, be calm and connect with your family, slow down, read books and wash your hands. Stay inspired, be creative and kind.
We are in uncharted waters. There is uncertainty but there is also hope and a chance to reset. 2020 has made us focus on questioning every single part of our business. From where we get our fabrics, how things are made, how we speak to our community, how we shoot imagery and what we want our future to look like for us and the next generation.
It can be hard to verbalise the feeling so we have a snippet below from the incredible @troublewithprabal A leader in our industry and echoing the sentiments of so many of us right now. “Everyone must remember that this virus knows no race, gender, or sexual orientation. Ultimately, we are stronger together, or as I like to say “stronger in color.” It is my belief that the only absolute truth in this life is the impermanence of it. We all have to leave this world at some point. So what will we do to make an impact in this life, and what will we leave behind? This is a pivotal moment for introspection. I urge the industry, and everyone, to think about what they want their legacy to be, and how can we help each other get there.
Before all this, my team was trying to think about how we can make social and environmental responsibility a priority for our brand. We’ve been doing this since the brand’s inception, but we wanted to make this our main focus. Also, very importantly, how do we create an environment that is considerate to the mental health of those in the industry? In so many ways, coronavirus was the final straw that finally made me sit back and really think about our current definition of success, and what we were willing to sacrifice to get there.”
