Returns + Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your new Pfeiffer pieces.

Eligibility

- Purchases must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us if there are shipping delays or reasonable circumstances.

-Items must be free from any stains or odours.


- Stock must be unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered original condition with swing tags attached.

Full Price Styles

Full price stock is eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.

This includes our first order offer, NEWTOPFEIFFER.

For domestic orders we supply you with a returns label for a cost of $10 off your total order. We waive this fee for exchanges and store credits.

Please note orders paid for with Afterpay can only be returned for a store credit. Afterpay charge us a commission that does not get returned to us when we refund you. We prefer to keep our prices as fair as possible without having to include this cost in our pricing.


Sale Stock

Sale stock can be returned for an exchange or store credit. 

Final Sale

*Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This allows us to give you the lowest price possible and retain free shipping.

Promotional sales

Full priced items bought during  PFEIFFER promotions or flash sales with a code (excluding our welcome code) can be refunded, exchanged or given an online store credit within our usual 14 day policy. Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.

International Returns

Unfortunately we cannot process shipping labels for returns outside of Australia. In this instance you will need to return the item to us at your own cost.

Please notify us of your return and preferred refund/exchange/credit option.

We suggest using a service with tracking and providing us with the tracking number as we are unable to compensate for parcels lost in transit.

Your refund will be credited to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase. Please allow approximately 3-5 business days processing time. You will be notified via email when your return package is received & the refund has been processed.

We value your support and are committed to giving you the best service we can. 

Rest assured that when you place an order with us, if that item goes on sale within 14 days of purchase and we still have your size and colour in stock you can contact our customer service to receive the price difference as a store credit.  

 

Shipping

We want you to have your new purchase as soon as possible.   

Orders are aimed to be sent within 24 hours Monday - Friday.

During sale periods, please allow 3 - 4 days for us to send your order as most sale stock is kept at our head office and requires a transfer to the store for shipment.


If you receive a shipping notification on Saturday or Sunday it means we have packed your order however the courier will only collect from Monday. This includes express orders which are also only collected during business hours.

Standard shipping within Australia is free for orders over $150. For all orders under $150, shipping is $10.

Delivery is within 1-7 days from dispatch. Metro areas are generally within 1-3 days, WA and rural areas can take up to 10 days. 

Express shipping within Australia is $15. Delivery is within 1-2 days from dispatch.

Shipping internationally is free for orders over $400. Delivery is within 7-20 days from dispatch.

Orders under $400 are $40. Delivery is within 3-7 days from dispatch.

To ensure that your order is received promptly, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours. Please also include a phone number in case the local courier in your country needs to contact you. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, to ensure that you are aware of the costs you can expect to pay.

We use couriers that allow you to track your parcel every step of the way.

A tracking number is automatically emailed to you once your order has been hand collected by our courier network.

Please use the tracking number to see the stage of your delivery and contact the courier company if there are any issues.

For international orders, delivery times can sometimes be impacted by customs clearance delays.
