- Purchases must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us if there are shipping delays or reasonable circumstances.
-Items must be free from any stains or odours.
- Stock must be unworn, unwashed and in an unaltered original condition with swing tags attached.

Full price stock is eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
This includes our first order offer, NEWTOPFEIFFER.
For domestic orders we supply you with a returns label for a cost of $10 off your total order. We waive this fee for exchanges and store credits.
Please note orders paid for with Afterpay can only be returned for a store credit. Afterpay charge us a commission that does not get returned to us when we refund you. We prefer to keep our prices as fair as possible without having to include this cost in our pricing.
Sale stock can be returned for an exchange or store credit.

Full priced items bought during PFEIFFER promotions or flash sales with a code (excluding our welcome code) can be refunded, exchanged or given an online store credit within our usual 14 day policy. Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund.
Unfortunately we cannot process shipping labels for returns outside of Australia. In this instance you will need to return the item to us at your own cost.
Please notify us of your return and preferred refund/exchange/credit option.
We suggest using a service with tracking and providing us with the tracking number as we are unable to compensate for parcels lost in transit.
