For Refunds or exchanges
- Stock must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered in original condition with swing tags attached
- We are only able to accept returns or exchanges within 5 days of receiving your package.
- Following approval, we will send you directions for the return pick up. We cover the return charges for Australian customers but not orders placed outside Australia.
- We are unable to offer refunds for purchases made with Afterpay. These sales are final. If we are unable to exchange for another size or style, we are happy to offer a credit note for the value of your purchase for future use.
how to return
Email us via the contact form with a detailed description of your return or exchange and your order number #. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
- Upon reply we will send you directions for your return.
- Pack your item securely. For Australian customers, we will send you return instructions. For international customers, the cost of shipping merchandise back to us is not refunded. We recommend that you choose a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
Once we receive your package, we will assess the garment and promptly issue a refund. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow approximately 5 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received & the refund has been processed.
If you are living outside of Australia and need to make a return, please follow the instructions above. We recommend sending your package with Fedex, DHL or UPS for reliable and prompt delivery.
All payments on our website are processed through secure portals via Shopify and Paypal so you can rest assured that your details are safe. The high level of customer service and security upheld by both Shopify and Paypal mirrors our own care and caution. You're in good hands.
